My name is Kahler Abbott, Director of Flawless Property Management.

With over 10 years of experience in the property management industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results for landlords and investors.

Over the past decade I have:

• Successfully restructured and cleaned up more than nine property portfolios, ensuring compliance, improved systems, and maximised returns for owners.
• Developed extensive knowledge of legislation and compliance, giving landlords peace of mind that their investment is managed with precision and professionalism.
• Built a reputation for delivering detailed and thorough reports, providing complete transparency and confidence in the true condition of each property.

Outside of work, I’m a proud and busy mum of three. Our home is always full of life with the kids and what we often call our “mini zoo” of pets. I love spending time with my family, cheering on my older children from the sidelines at their sports games, and embracing the busy but rewarding lifestyle that comes with raising a family.

Family, loyalty, and trust are values that are incredibly important to me, and they are the same values I bring into my business every day.

Unlike many larger agencies where landlords are passed between multiple staff members, I personally manage the properties I take on.
